CSO Summer Music Camp
Come join us for a fun and exciting week of musical exploration. This camp is all about fun, making new friends, and exploring the world of music! Students in grades 1-12 are invited to experience a week of learning, connecting, and performing with members of the Carroll Symphony Orchestra. Participants will study a major instrument, learn music history and theory, and experience the thrill of making music in a youth orchestra. Students are asked to bring their instruments. Students interested in string instruments can bring their own; however, the center will have violins for students that do not own an instrument. Optional private lessons will be available with the acclaimed musicians of the CSO during the afternoons. Campers will have the opportunity to perform with the Carroll Community Wind Ensemble and the Carrollton Jazz Orchestra on Friday, June 29 at 6:30pm. The concert is free and open to the public.
