Carrollton Ballet & Dance Classes

We are extremely excited to announce our new Dance Coordinator, Jurijs Safonovs, native of Riga, Latvia. Under the direction of Mr. Safonovs, the Carrollton Center for the Arts has expanded their dance program for all ages. Our school at the Carrollton Center for the Arts offers a wide range of classes in ballet, jazz, tap, and character dance, but for the serious dancer the school offers advanced training in ballet. The school is deeply rooted in the Vaganova classical method of teaching ballet. This method comes from Russian pedagogy and is considered around the world the foremost training method for classical ballet. During the winter/spring semester, explore our introductory period offerings before the center launches their new school program in Fall 2018.
